At Go To Rehab and Sports Performance, we are dedicated to providing our clients with the best possible care. Since our inception as Go To Athletic Therapy in 2018, we have continually expanded our staff and services to meet the ever-changing needs of our clients. With our rebrand in Spring 2024, we are committed to providing even better services to help our clients achieve their goals.

Our Mission

​The mission of Go To Rehab & Sports Performance is to help clients recover fast and achieve meaningful results so they can achieve optimal athletic or lifestyle performance.

Hailee DAyman

Athletic Therapist, BAET, CAT(C), SFR

Hailee started her career working full time with Junior A Hockey for 4 seasons., recently working with the Lloydminster Jr A Bobcats Hockey team in the AJHL. She has been fortunate to work for three years with Team Canada West hockey team at the World Jr A Challenge, and the MJHL/SJHL hockey showcase. During a slow off-season in 2018, she opened Go To Athletic Therapy,  Hailee focussed more on concussion management in the last 4 years which lead her to  conduct concussion testing for HeadCheck Health with the Edmonton Eskimos Football team, as well as providing testing to other teams across canada.

 

Having moved to Alberta in May 2019, Hailee is excited to bring her experience and education to Lloydminster. She has worked with weekend warriors, aging adults, in addition to national and provincial level high performance athletes. Hailee enjoys helping you get back to the activities you love.

  • Bachelor of Athletic & Exercise Therapy, Camosun College

Taylor Smith

Athletic Therapist, BSc.Kin/AT, CAT(C), MOT

Taylor earned her Bachelor of Kinesiology in Athletic Therapy from the University of Manitoba and brings over three years of experience in Junior A Hockey. She has advanced her skills with additional training in Manual Osteopathic Therapy, cupping, and Athletic Prehab and Performance. Taylor has also worked in professional sports, assisting the Edmonton Oilers' medical team at training and development camps and interning with Winnipeg’s Valour Football Club.

Originally from Manitoba, Taylor moved to Alberta in 2021 and has since been dedicated to working with high-performance athletes. She’s passionate about guiding community members on their journey to optimal health and wellness.

  • Manual Osteopathic Therapy, Manual Osteopathic College of Canada
