Go To Rehab & SP does not  direct bill.

 

We will provide you with the proper documentation to submit to your insurance company. Fortunately, this process is fast and easy and you are typically reimbursed in a very short period of time.

Please check with your insurance company for your coverage. It is your responsibility to obtain a medical referral, if required by your insurance coverage.

You are responsible for the full amount of your treatments at Go To Rehab & SP. All invoices are payable upon receipt.
